FOR LELO-N TRAVELS TOURS WE USE A VARIETY OF ACCOMMODATIONS 3 - 4 Star resorts, apartments and hotels. All rates are based on per person sharing meaning 2 people in each room. IT IS THE DUTY OF THE CLIENT TO CHECK TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.

  • ENJOY UP TO 10% DISCOUNTS ON TRIPS WITH MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT.
  • ENJOY OUR TRAVEL NOW AND PAY LATER OPTION.
  • LELO N TRAVELS POINTS WHERE YOU COLLECT POINTS FOR EVERY TOUR, YOU TAKE WITH LELO-N TRAVELS (YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR POINTS FOR MEALS OR DRINKS).
  • CANCEL YOUR TRIP AT ANYTIME WITHOUT FORFEITING YOUR MONEY. (EXCEPT THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT USED TO SECURE THAT SPECIFIC TOUR)

TRAVEL STOKVEL MEMBERS WILL ENJOY BENEFITS SUCH AS:

A once of activation fee of R500(JOINING FEE) is applicable to any new applications, followed by a compulsory monthly minimum payment of R300 (Activation fee)
+
You are allowed to pay as much as you can per month to keep your account activate.

Once the activation fee and first monthly contribution is received. You are eligible for benefits as long as your travel wallet balance is at least R300 and you pay your monthly contributions.
+
A cancellation fee of R800 is applicable should you wish to withdraw funds for reasons other than a travel package with Lelo-N Travels.

Money should reflect in our bank account by the date choosen by the client from the following dates of every month : 1st,5th,20th or 25th.

Statements are sent by the 12th of every month.
+
All funds are kept in a business savings pocket with our banker – first national bank.
+
We do not offer interest due to legal implications but provide exclusive club discounts.

Once you have identified a travel package, you can book by emailing lelontravels@gmail.com or use our website to book all funds in your travel stokvel wallet will be transferred to your booking.

Our cancelation policy applies but as a travel stokvel member you will only forfeit the non-refundable deposit; all other funds will automatically be retained in your travel stokvel wallet for future use.

The stokvel membership is only valid for 12 months if you wish to cancel your membership within this period you must first use all the funds in your wallet and we will close the wallet. Other than that all memberships will automatically be canceled, you must ensure all your funds have been used by this time as they will not be transferred to the following year.

You will not be eligible for benefits.
